Ceylon Ginger, honey and mint tea by Dilmah

 1 tbsp ginger, honey and mint tea
 15 ml honey
 20 g peeled sliced ginger
 3 sticks fresh mint leaves
 220 ml hot water

The Razz In a small pot bring to the boil the water, honey, peeled ginger and mint leaves. Once boiled pour into the tea pot with the tea leaves and allow brewing for 3 minutes. Pour, strain and serve immediately.
